Misplaced/ recovered articles are handed into the administration office. Valuables will be retained in the office until claimed: other items may be found in the “Lost and Found” located in the administration office.

The school telephone contact numbers are: 03-505-8889, 01227786406 and 01227786408. You can call the above numbers between 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., if you need to take an appointment or to leave a message for your child only. Staff will not discuss a Child’s progress over the phone.

Since there is no telephone designated for student use, students are expected to come to school prepared and to have made prior arrangements for school and after-school needs. Students must be accountable to bring their work, materials, and lunches to school. Therefore, use of the school telephone to call home for forgotten items is not allowed. The phone cannot be used to call home to make after school plans. A school telephone is available for emergencies only.

Lockers are assigned to each student at the beginning of the year. These lockers cannot be exchanged with anyone. Like all school property, lockers can be searched at any time. Students will have to sign a locker agreement indicating the location of their locker, as well as a penalty of 100 LE in case of key loss.

At the beginning of the school year, each student will be given a set of textbooks on a loan basis. At EMS we believe that a responsible student should value other people’s property. Such a student shows responsibility by keeping his/her books in good condition until the academic year is complete. Students who damage or lose books or any other materials, taken from the library, will be responsible for the cost of the textbook plus shipping & handling costs for a new book.

Other books are given permanently to the student in the beginning of the year and in the second half of the year. Students will receive those books ONLY upon payment of the complete school fees.

REPORT CARDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL COSTS ARE PAID FOR LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS. UPON PAYMENT THE REPORT CARDS WILL BE ISSUED.
